i had the deluxe family apartment, it was huge and tidy. the staff were excellent friendly and helped with everything. the hotel had a marvellous location near barbican house.

Room size felt cramped for the cost, and the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with paper and what looked like a tissue left unattended. The breakfast options were quite bland and underwhelming.

Property was ideal for what we needed.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the personnel was CARING. Location: the hotel was close to the Marianhilfe church and Mariahilfer Strasse which is the longest shopping street in Vienna and a nice area. And it's just a short stroll away from Schnitzelwirt, ate there once or twice.

The room was cramped, and I had to sleep with earplugs due to loud neighbors. I expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience but got nothing. Breakfast was a disaster, with stifling heat and nonexistent options. I almost thought I could give them a good review, but just couldn't deal with such ridiculousness!

The Superior Apartment was huge and well equipped, perfect for our family. We loved our access to the roof terrace, a nice bonus for relaxation. The bed was super comfy, we had restful nights. The bathroom was spacious, but breakfast options were a bit limited. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay!
